Circa is a free-to-play daily history guessing game available at circaplay.com. You may use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or interfere with its operation, or use automated tools to interact with the game.
The Circa game, its design, code, and branding are the property of MistryMan. All historical images displayed in the game are sourced from public domain collections, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Europeana, and are used in accordance with their respective open access policies.
Circa does not require you to create an account. Your game progress, stats, and streak are stored locally in your browser. We do not collect or store personal gameplay data on our servers.
Circa may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads are governed by Google's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
Circa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that historical information displayed is always accurate. Dates and attributions for historical images are sourced from public museum records and may occasionally contain inaccuracies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MistryMan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Circa.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
